I bought a seperate journal to write about my day in. I am making myself write a whole page. This way I write more than just the basics. It really helps me to think about my day and I feel a lot better. I have missed a couple days lately because I was so tired. I noticed when I missed days I did not have such a good day the next day. I am making sure that I do better.
I finished my 30 days! I feel a lot better at night when I write about my day.
